This support article is going to demonstrate how you can "subscribe" team members to Monitors created in your account. Once subscribed, the team members will be able to receive change alerts (if enabled) and will have read-only access to that Monitor(s) and its change history within their ChangeTower account.

The first step (if not already done) is to add 1 or more Team Members via the Manage Team Notifications section (note that this is a premium feature):

Manage Team Notifications section of ChangeTower

While you can subscribe your colleague(s) to monitors via the Manage Team section, this can be cumbersome if you're looking to assign them to multiple monitors. If you would like to subscribe them to a large subset (or ALL) of the Monitors in your account, we recommend doing so via the Manage Monitors section.

One benefit of doing so is that you can use the filter function to isolate a specific subset of your monitors (e.g. using tags, "url text contains", etc.). You can also subscribe these monitors to multiple Team Members as well. We recorded a quick video of this (see below) but do let us know if you have any questions!

After this, invited users who don't already have a ChangeTower account will receive an email invitation asking them to sign up with ChangeTower. Once they accept that invitation, they'll immediately be able to see notifications for your monitors -- and receive email notifications for those monitors. If they already have a ChangeTower account, the shared monitors will immediately show in their account.
