A customer may sign up for a free 5-day (120-hour) trial of ChangeTower's "Power User" plan. Full access to all premium features will be offered during this trial period. At the conclusion of this trial period, the customer will be charged for the first monthly (every 30 days) or annual (every 365 days) billing period. 

No refunds will be offered for any scheduled subscription starts or renewals if the customer's subscription has not been canceled prior to the time of charge.

No proration or partial reimbursement for periods of account inactivity will be offered.

ChangeTower LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason including but not limited to account misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or extended and clear use of your account.
